From wall tattoos to themed shirts: there are countless feel-good messages like these. If only it were that easy! We all want to be happy, but who can really achieve it?

In her show, we get to know the strangest people in the world: Ourselves! We will find out who makes it most difficult for us to be happy. (Spoiler: it’s rarely “the others”.) On her way to happiness, Mirja tells us about the most everyday situations in which we all find ourselves. Maybe sometimes it’s just a question of perspective: am I annoyed when my partner’s socks are “lying around” everywhere or am I just happy that he’s still here at all? Is my glass half full, half empty or am I a bottle child? What makes us HAPPY anyway? Family, money, sport, a new Harley or shoes and chocolate?
